Summary:
Build and scale Ultimus’ consultant & COI channel into a consistent, measurable source of new business pipeline and revenue. This role ensures Ultimus is consistently shortlisted and recommended by key industry influencers.
Responsibilities:
• Build a tiered coverage strategy across consultants, law firms, and audit partners
• Drive pipeline and revenue through COI relationships
• Ensure consistent inclusion in RFPs and shortlists
• Build deep, multi-level relationships across key firms
• Provide market intelligence to product, pricing, and leadership
• Lead strategic events and engagement initiatives
Success Metrics
• COI-sourced pipeline ($)
• COI-influenced pipeline ($)
• Win rate on consultant-driven deals
• Increase in shortlist inclusion
• Depth of Tier 1 relationships
• Salesforce tracking of activity and outcomes
Education and Experience
• 10+ years in asset servicing or consultant relations
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Masters Degree preferred
• Proven commercial impact via relationships
• Strong consultant/COI network
• Ability to influence RFP outcomes
• Deep understanding of fund servicing landscape
Skills and Knowledge:
• Commercial impact and pipeline generation
• Quality and depth of network
• Ability to influence internal stakeholders
• Strategic prioritization of relationships
• Understanding of value exchange with consultant
