Role and Responsibilities

Your Purpose:

• ... Guide (Recruiting Strategy): You find creative methods and the best channels to define the measures that lead to successful recruitment

• ... Focus on the Fundamentals (Process Enabling): You ensure/drive a holistic and smooth recruiting process, support with attractive job advertisements, candidate relations, interviews and advice for managers as well as contract negotiations

• ... Deliver (Active Sourcing): You dive for the pearls and win them for our team! Direct approaches via social media and business networks are an integral part of your professional tool kit.

• ... Good soul (Candidate Experience): Candidates perceive our process as genuine appreciation

• ... Ambassador (Employer Branding): Your mission is to continue to increase our reputation and recognition as an employer of choice

• ... Support (Onboarding): You make sure that new colleagues have everything they need for a successful start with us

• ... Quality (Analytics): Through data-based analysis, you can recommend and initiate the right measures for continuous improvement

This will help you to make an impact of our team's success:                            

• Successfully completed studies in a relevant field of study with a focus on personnel and organization as well as relevant experience in recruiting or HR

• Fascination and affinity for technology and a corresponding understanding of processes will help you to specify the requirements

• With convincing communication and negotiation skills in German and English, you can inspire colleagues for new ways of working

• With your professional know-how and strong self-confidence, you strive to continuously improve our recruiting process

• Your hunger to shape the future and your ability to think outside the box enable you to create measurable results
