Job Profile Summary

This job is responsible for leading a team that designs and delivers manager development and learning solutions for managers enterprise wide.

This role sits within the Global Talent Center of Excellence leadership team. ​The role is essential to ensure coordinated execution of the manager development work across the team, across the COE, and the enterprise. The role ensures relationship management with key stakeholders and talent teams. Finally, the role is critical to ensure optimal execution of manager development processes, procedures and ​programs.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with team, Global Talent, CPO, Global Talent COE and LOB peers to envision innovative learning strategies and solutions for the next generation of manager development at Bank of America

  • Executes enterprise learning management objectives across local, regional, LOB and enterprise teams and partners  

  • Leads enterprise manager development team organizational processes, management routines and communications including:

    • Sets the vision for and reviews content for all manager development learning assets within the manager development portfolio including:  learning modules, toolkits, playbooks, pathways, simulations, tools, dashboards communications and other learning resources and solutions  

    • Drives manager development reporting and insights related to enterprise manager development learning program and learning solutions

    • Leverages enterprise manager development data as input into sustainment and improvement of manager development future programming and solutions

    • Acts as Single Process Inventory (SPI) owner for enterprise manager development process(es)

    • Oversees the enablement and servicing operations of in-person, virtual instructor led and web-based training enterprise manager development training solutions

    • Works with Corporate Communications and across COE, Global Talent and CPO to execute on enterprise manager development communication, and engagement strategy driving adoption of learning solutions and programs

    • Oversees multiple vendor contracts and budgets for internally and externally driven learning programs

  • Leads enterprise manager development executive learning advisory councils

  • Leads and/or supports enterprise, CPO, Global Talent, Academy professional development horizontal initiatives

  • Provides consultative support on enterprise and LOB learning solutions

  • Maximizes business and enterprise objectives and outcomes by implementing strategic talent and learning solutions leveraging quantitative and qualitative data insights
