Supplier Quality Engineer

The Impact You'll Make

• Responsible for supplier management and improvement
• Solve quality issues during sourcing and find the root causes, push suppliers to provide corrective actions and follow up 

What You’ll Be Doing

•Evaluation of the capabilities of new suppliers, as well as process audit. •Eualulate supplier quality performance and formulate supplier improvement plan to drive the suppliers to enhance their quality management level. •Analysis/ resolve material failure both in production line and incoming inspection. •Use 8D to analyze and solve the defective of raw materials, ensure that the root causes and corrective actions are true and effective. •Coach suppliers , ensure suppliers understand the specific QEHS requirements of Danfoss. •Formulate inspection plan and inspection method to ensure that the critical characteristics of materials are effectively controlled in both the project and the mass production process. •New parts PPAP qualification in NPD,CDE and change control project. •Disposal of defective raw materials, including waiver, rework, scrapping, and cost charge back. •Formulate inspection/ sorting / rework SOP to coach the suppliers and inspectors. •Complete the projects and tasks appointed by supervisor •Be responsible for the position related to QMS& EHS issues

What We're Looking For

•Minimum 3 years mechanical and electronic supplier quality management experience in an international company. •ISO9001 /IATF 16949 internal auditor, familiar with VDA6.3 is preferred. •Familiar with 8D，APQP,PPAP,FEMA, Control plan, MSA, SPC etc. •Good communication skill. •Good practical computer skills (MS-Office/MS-Outlook/SAP ). •Oral and written English is required. •Ability to work effectively as part of a goal-oriented team. •Working active and initiative.
