About the Job

1. Prior Design and Execution experience in Modularization, Structural Analysis and design especially for PT Proprietary technologies including Ethane Cracker Facility, LNG Pretreatment and Liquefaction facility, EOEG, Hydrogen – SMR. 
2. Work Experience in Structural analysis and Design of Mega Modules (above 7000 MT in weight) and expertise in calculations for the Lifting, Marine and SPMT transportation analyses for various Module configurations 
3. Ability to lead FEED and Detailed engineering projects for onshore petrochemical facilities such as FCCU, Ethane Cracker, LNG processing facilities. 
4. Perform Analysis and Structural design using Engineering software like STAAD, RAM connection, LIMCON, RISA, Fdn3d and Mat3d. 
5. Experience with Seismic detailing of Steel and Reinforced Concrete structures with emphasis on AISC 341, ACI 318 details leading to IFC drawings. 
6. Experience in developing EPC and FEED project details such as project standard specifications, Steel and Concrete standard details, Design criteria including Wind and Seismic calculations for the facilities using latest design codes and standards. 
7. Experience with the Engineering phases and estimating Processes involved in Design transition from FEL-1 to FEL-3.  
8. Experience in dynamic analysis and design of Heavy equipment foundations for vibration sensitive equipment, with checking of Detailed Drawings. 
9. Ability, Experience in Performing Root Cause Analysis and structural evaluation, both the Greenfield and Revamp projects with ability to perform site inspections to evaluate the existing conditions, assumptions and validation. 
10. Experience with Steel Fabrication/Module Assembly yards, with Detailed Checking and processes of Fabrication Drawings, answering RFIs and Field Support. 
11. Supervise and guide team of engineers to design and review Engineering calculations, drawings as well as to perform calculation reports for the Engineering submissions. 

About You

Graduate in Civil engineering with Advanced degree towards civil/structural design. 

Have Professional Engineer (PE) licensing through exam to Design, Stamp and Peer Review Structural and civil work drawings for applicable state compliances in the US.
