Are you ready for the challenge?</p><p></p><p>Attain this unique opportunity for a fast-tracking selection process to become one of the next P&amp;G Sales Intern!</p><p><b>As a P&amp;G Sales intern, you will get the opportunity to:</b></p><ul><li><p>Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas like space &amp; location, promotion support, developing right assortment, shelving, pricing and merchandising strategies;</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the development of sales concepts, product branding and go-to-market strategies &amp; tools;</p></li><li><p>You will also be involved in the design business plans which will deliver sales and market share objectives and help customers to develop programs which will build the business for them and for us;</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply) and countries to deliver key results.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Our Managers will be in Cattolica University to interview the qualified candidates in one day!</b></p><p></p><p>Our open positions are located in Rome and knowledge of Italian is a mandatory requirement.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Please note</u>: your application must be submitted no later than <u>November 6th</u> and the online assessment must be completed no later than <u>November 17th</u>.</b></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Job Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Master Degree student at Cattolica University;</p></li><li><p><span><span>Strong academic results;</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Must be able to join the internship program for at least 4 months;</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Proven</span><span><span> </span>strong leadership ability through previous experiences, preferably abroad;</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Excellent project management skills, able to see planned ideas through to implementation stage;</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Good level of English;</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Fluent in Italian.</span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>At P&amp;G #weseeequal</b></p><p>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
