Senior Associate Lawyer l Public Procurement & Concessions Practice Group

Zepos & Yannopoulos is a leading full-service business law firm providing comprehensive legal and tax services to companies doing business in Greece.

We keep strengthening our Public Procurement & Concessions practice group and we are seeking to recruit a Senior Associate lawyer to join our team.

You will be working with a group of lawyers of various levels of experience, and you will be dealing with the full spectrum of public procurement related work advisory, transactional and contentious. You will participate in all areas covered by the group and provide advice on public procurement, regulatory and administrative law matters.

You will assume a key role in the team and you are expected to work closely with partners and other colleagues and oversee the work of more junior members in the process.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 8+ years of experience in advising legal entities active in the public procurement, regulatory and general administrative law matters.

Experience in administrative litigation, especially in public procurement law matters.

University degree in Law

Postgraduate degree (LLM or equivalent) from a well reputed University

Qualified to work as an Attorney at law in Greece

Excellent command of the English language (working languages Greek & English)

Excellent level of computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

SKILLS REQUIRED

Ability to work autonomously and interact independently with the client and the project teams

Good understanding of clients’ business and needs

Strong project and contract management skills

Able to form successful client relationships by demonstrating genuine interest for client’s needs by being available and maintaining a regular communication

Highly motivated and dynamic professional that inspire and motivate team members

Friendly personality, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently and effectively not only within a team but with all hierarchical levels in the Organization

Personality with high morale and integrity
