What You'll DO

 

• Coordinate the LCA compliance process (posting and tracking).
• Manage Lam’s PERM recruitment process including but not limited to postings notices, monitoring a dedicated mailbox, routing resumes to Talent Acquisition and reporting on the results of recruitment.   
• Responsible for initiating NIV (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1 including CAP) and IV cases (PERM, I-140 and AOS) with immigration provider.  
• Assist foreign national employees with I-983 forms (F-1 holders).  
• Assist management with green card authorization process and cost estimates for management.
• Provide guidance and support to foreign national employees throughout the immigration process.
• Assist with remote requests from foreign national employees going thru the visa stamping process.
• Take an active role with educating internal stakeholders about Lam’s US immigration program’s policy and practices to ensure consistency across all business units.
• Other duties as assigned including special projects and other immigration/global mobility administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred               
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in US immigration preferably supporting a high-volume program
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to handle a high volume of work independently and in teams
• Be detailed oriented and highly organized
• Able to multitask and follow through
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
