Job Description
Responsibilities, to include but not limited to:
• Provide administrative support to Largo, MD project office
• Prioritize and respond to varied requests and perform several duties at the same time
• Assist project team to prepare submissions including formatting, editing, developing spreadsheets, printing, and production as required
• Calendaring appointments and deadlines
• Compile weekly timesheets into monthly invoices
• Write draft minutes of meetings
• Track and compile review lists from engineers and architects
• Track and compile weekly job billing lists
• Facilities coordination as required
• Other duties as required

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines as given
• Timely completion of tasks
• Teamwork, timeliness, reliable and strong work ethic
• Ability to take responsibility for assignments and report on progress with minimal oversight
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, clients & guests verbally and in writing
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least one (1) year of previous Administrative Assistant or comparable experience
• Proficient computer and technology skills
• Administrative Assistant Certification/Certified Administrative Professional a plus
• Must be eligible for employment in the U.S.
