Reporting to the NAM Digital Transformer and Service Lead within Hitachi Energy’s Transformer Components and Services Organization, we aim to unlock customer value using data through our transformer monitoring and software technologies.
As the TXpert Program – Tender and Proposal Manager you will be the expert for developing customer proposals, front end technical sales support, order acknowledgement for NAM TXpert/Digital projects and services. This is an exciting and unique role where you get broad exposure through all parts of the business. Designed for someone with passion, excitement and has an entrepreneurial spirit – the sky is the limit as the TXpert Program is a key strategy for Hitachi Energy’s growth.
Your Responsibilities:
- Proposal Management - Responsible for developing proposals that fully address customer needs while supporting proposal process improvements and tools like proposal generators, pricing negotiations, margin adjustments and internal approvals
- Order Acknowledgment – Using tools like Salesforce.com and SAP to make sure data is correct and orders are processed in alignment with proposals.
- Support – Responsible for working with our Global Call Center to make sure that problems are addressed, and actions are taken swiftly to resolve them.

Your Background:
- A bachelor's degree in industrial & systems, Process, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong Organization Skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Programming Skills is a Plus
- Excellent attention to details to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
