Job Overview:
The M&A Integration Product Leader plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. This role acts as the connective thread across teams, ensuring alignment, triaging issues, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll support delivery, resolve challenges, and help build scalable processes that enable long-term value creation.
Responsibilities:
Partner closely with product and technology teams to drive the delivery of large-scale M&A deals and strategic partnerships
Triage and resolve complex issues with a client-first mindset
Perform discovery to collect, prioritize, and translate requirements into actionable plans to be presented to leadership, as well as technology and product teams
Gathering information from product and technology teams to help document procedures, build playbooks, and standardize integration processes
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
Monitor post-integration performance and identify optimization opportunities
Maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders
Support or lead capability-building initiatives related to integration readiness

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a support, operations, product, or consulting role within dynamic, cross-functional environments.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in or with a Broker-Dealer or wealth management firm in any capacity (e.g., operations, product, technology, or client services).
Preferences:
Experience with documentation, process improvement, and issue resolution.
Familiarity with integration tools, project management platforms, or CRM systems is a plus.

Pay Range:
