The Senior Program Manager will provide guidance, expertise, and leadership across all workstreams to support the mission of the contract. This position will utilize sound contract and program management to ensure the timely, professional, and accurate delivery of contract requisite deliverables and will act as the primary liaison between FWG’s team, stakeholders, and the customer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES·        Serve as the single point of contact for the work performed·        Be responsible for issues arising from work across the entire contract, as well as the successful resolution of these issues·        Plan and design the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action·        Communicate contract status and any issues or conflicts requiring higher level resolution to the senior management·        Execute and report the program and PWS specific requirements and tasks·        Plan, direct, and lead the team as the critical link between the customer's strategy and contract objectives, and the team·        Manage personnel and other resources effectively and maintain high-quality customer service through contract administration and application of FWG's project management and quality processes·        Help assess and audit cloud service offerings across the contract·        Provide solutioning, compliance and reporting on the zero-trust architecture·        Responsible for and/or assisting with network scanning, penetration testing, threat assessment, packaging of security assessment and authorization, quarterly plan of action milestones, preparation and review of risk assessments, IT contingency plan, disaster recovery tests and incident response planning·        Monitor and report on the status and progress of all PWS tasks to monitor contract status and to identify what aspects of execution need to be adjusted to ensure that tasks are implemented effectively·        Attend of weekly staff meetings, monthly Integrated Program Review (IPR), Change Management Board, and other meetings requested by the Government·        Provide status updates on projects and tasks detailing accomplishments, issues, and recommendations·        Other duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assigned REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSEducation:·        Bachelor’s degree in a related field required·        Master’s degree in related field, preferred
Licenses & Certifications:·        Ability to obtain and/or maintain a U.S. security clearance, as required·        Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience:·        Required minimum of five to eight plus (5-8+) years of relevant hand-on experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position managing a federal IT project or one of similar size/scope·        Thorough knowledge of project and program management techniques and methods·        Experience working with government audit procedures including Office of Management and Budget, OMB A-127, Inspector General Audits, Government Accountability Office, Audits and Federal Information Modernization Act·        Experience in penetration testing, network scanning, threat assessment, risk assessments, plan of action milestones, disaster recovery tests, incident response planning·        Knowledge and experience using Cybersecurity Asset Management or similar vulnerability management system·        Experience with FedRAMP compliance and certification, preferred·        Auditing cloud service assessment and audit experience·        Knowledge of zero trust architecture, solutioning and reporting standards
Skills & Abilities:·      �� Ability to provide hands-on support to the data management and storage personnel·        Excellent oral and written communication skills ·        High level of problem-solving abilities·        Outstanding leadership and organizational skills·        Must have the ability to interact with senior leaders within the organization·        Use of Microsoft Office software applications to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ·        Working knowledge of program/project management software ·        Ability to work both independently and in a team environment·        Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tas
