Position Overview:

The Manager of Sales Operations & Enablement is responsible for sales performance, tracking, and developing/implementing sales processes. Furthermore, this person is responsible for enabling the sales staff with resources, tools, training, and data analysis to drive brand success to ensure our field teams are equipped to communicate brand value and competitive edge, resulting in exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Enablement Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive sales enablement roadmap aligned with go-to-market goals, product launches, and electrification sales milestones.
  • Training & Onboarding: Create and deliver training programs for new and existing sales reps on product knowledge, EV technology, competitive positioning, and sales process best practices.
  • Sales Content Management: Own the creation and organization of pitch decks, case studies, product one-pagers, and proposal templates to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all sales channels.
  • CRM Optimization: Refine CRM workflows (e.g., HubSpot) for lead tracking, forecasting accuracy, and reporting.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Gather insights from field feedback, customer interactions, and competitors to refine messaging and influence product development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align sales resources with new product introductions, demos, and technical updates.
  • Performance Measurement: Define KPIs for sales readiness, adoption of enablement materials, and ROI on training initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of OEM sales operations experience.
  • Proven track record of developing sales teams to effectively drive performance, meet sales goals, and conquest company base.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical information into clear, customer-centric messaging.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), sales intelligence tools, and learning management platforms.
  • Strong analytical and storyboard ability to communicate to executives. 
  • High level of understanding of distribution methodology.
