Client Service staff are responsible to manage the relationship and deliver excellent client service to a portfolio of corporate clients. The Associate is a cash management specialist and has a working knowledge of other Corporate Bank (CB) Cash products.

You will be part of the United Kingdom & Ireland (UKI) Relationship & Transaction Management (RTM) Service team delivering seamless first-class service. You will closely collaborate with colleagues and internal teams across RTM, Implementation & Service (I&S), Product, Sales, and Coverage functions.

The role will function as a central contact person and coordinator for the United States Multi-National Corporations/Regional Treasury Centre/Clients (MNC/RTC) client portfolio across Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and will be responsible for the service and account management ensuring an excellent operational client relationship. You will be accountable for technical and product issues, enquiries, perform client and product reviews, coordinate escalations within the Deutsche Bank organisation, and building a good understanding of the client’s business and its needs as a basis for consultancy on new business upon client request.

Your key responsibilities

• Manage own client service portfolio of local Corporates that have a relationship with the Bank from a coverage and product Service perspective across CB products with focus on Cash Management
• Coordinate the client communication and work towards aligning internal stakeholders to support client satisfaction. Interact with internal and external senior stakeholders
• Stay in contact with the Regional/Global Relationship manager on a reactive Coverage and Service approach

Your skills and experience

• Educated to bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification/work experience, preferably in Finance or Business
• Sold understanding and knowledge of corporate banking products and services with past exposure of complex Cash Management products
• Relevant experience in the banking industry or Cash Management Services
• Experienced in interacting with Corporate Clients
