In this role, you will provide vital support in both project management and project fulfillment capacities:
Project Management:
- Milestone Management: Manage and execute project milestones for A/B testing and innovation initiatives, including: developing trackers, monitoring progress and updates, and ensuring fulfillment targets are met
- Communications: Facilitate proactive and ongoing communication for stakeholders, ensuring all essential partners are aligned and informed on key details such as timelines, updates/changes to requirements, and resource needs
- Stakeholder Management: Engage and liaise with stakeholders, including key Program Managers, Product/Creative/Engineering teams, and external vendors/agencies to identify needs, gather ongoing feedback, and manage expectations.
- Documentation and Resources: Prepare regular progress/health reports and other project-related documentation to promote transparency and alignment
- Scope and Requirement Management: Work closely with PgM peers to monitor scope parameters and project requirements to ensure projects stay on track and meet fulfillment targets
- Quality Assurance: Establish quality standards and processes, conduct regular reviews and audits, and ensure deliverables meet the required quality criteria.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with innovation projects, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Consultancy: Provide guidance and expertise to XFN stakeholders in managing non-standardized/exploratory workflows.
- Productization and Offboarding: Leverage existing frameworks (and create new ones when necessary) to fulfill productization requirements for new initiatives. Manage the offboarding of sunsetted initiatives.
Project Fulfillment:
- Externalization: Partner closely with the Partner Ops team to externalize standardized and repeatable tactical work, aiming to achieve cost-efficiency and reduction opportunities.
- Asset Fulfillment: Oversee the fulfillment of assets required for innovation projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Content Management: Handle the management and coordination of special titles or unique content within innovation projects.
- Systems Management: Manage and maintain complex technical systems for innovation projects, ensuring effective operations.
Core Competencies / Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in digital entertainment operations (media studio, creative agency, fulfillment partner, game studio, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of A/V and Artwork file types and specifications
- Experience managing content systems such digital asset management systems (DAMs), content archives, and distribution platforms.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within an innovation-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality
- History of identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Familiarity with innovation or A/B testing methodologies.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Can confidently connect the dots between seemingly disparate data and asset systems
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and willingness to pivot workflows as needed
