Position Overview: We are looking for Manufacturing Engineers, with expertise in airplane subsystems, production readiness and composite fabrication. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient production of our world-class aerospace products, including advanced platforms for our Fighter Jet programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including several engineering disciplines, operations leadership, and quality engineering to support the production and manufacturing processes for the F-15 aircraft
Ensure support for efficient daily operations by supporting daily build plans and constraint identification and removal
Utilize data and teaming with other functions to identify opportunities to improve the production of the F-15 fighter jet.
Implement quality and producibility production improvement initiatives
Support operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and assembly considerations.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.
An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
Level 2: 2+ years of related work experience with a Bachelors OR an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
B.S. or higher in Aerospace, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Composite Fabrication experience
Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers
Experience with 3D model based instruction
Experience with any of the following: IVT, CREO, CATIA, MES, Gold, PrimeR, Aurora, VisVSA, DELMIA,
VisMockup, ProModel, FlexSim, 3D Printed Parts, Moonshine Shop, Maker Space, ImDev, ICIDO, Multi- Monitor Collaborative Rooms
Experience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESci)
Typical Education & Experience:
Level 1: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor), or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
