The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Executive Assistant in the Executive Departments Division supports the Business Development & Strategy team by:
- Handling a wide variety of administrative duties for three Vice Presidents including extensive calendar management with internal and external principles, travel coordination, expense processing, and Team Room management.
- Applying highly developed administrative and coordination skills to complete activities.
- Acting independently on standard procedures and handles non-routine situations through interpretation of office guidelines and administrative practices.
- Proposing and implementing solutions to administrative concerns.
- Processing POs and payments for the department.
- Seeking supervision as needed for direction and approvals.
- Serving as backup for Senior Executive Assistant.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Eight (8) years of experience as an executive assistant or supporting vice-presidents or higher level executives in a private, public, government or military environment.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- SAP experience.
- Six (6) months of post-high school specialized training/core college-level courses or Certified Professional Secretary certification.
- Skills include excellent communication and time management, attention to detail, and schedule flexibility.
Work location: Hybrid (two (2) days per week at the office in Maplewood, MN)
Travel: May include up to 5% domestic travel
Relocation Assistance: No

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $72,681 - $88,832, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
