Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Human Resources (HR) has an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Senior Human Resources Generalist in Renton, WA, Everett, WA, Auburn, WA or North Charleston, SC.  This position is responsible for supporting the BCA HR leadership team to integrate and lead the talent priorities, processes and operating rhythm to meet business goals and commitments.


This BCA HR Strategy and Integration role is responsible for administering and deploying Human Resources programs, policies and processes with integration of HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives. Relationship management to effectively leverage and build relationships with key stakeholders, initiative, active engagement and operational planning to the organizations strategic plan and priorities are critical for the responsibilities of this role.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create and build organizational plans; partner with the BCA HR Vice President (VP) and BCA HR leadership team (HRLT) on the development of business strategies, goals and objectives

  • Interface with corporate HR team on requested deliverables and meeting preparation 

  • Understand and support Boeing Commercial Airplanes business environment and priorities

  • Work with HR data systems, ensure accuracy, then summarize, analyze, and distill data to convey meaningful insights and trends, enabling informed decision-making for BCA HR VP & broader HR team

  • Develop and prepare business level requirements in conjunction with HRG/HR Operations team

  • Ensure alignment between the function, business and enterprise priorities, and facilitate leaders through associated solutions and decision

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations for the HR VP leader and HRLT team

  • Prepare meeting content and agendas, including relevant data in preparation for leadership briefings and talent meetings

  • Review and track performance against priorities, business plans and budget

  • Develop BCA HR operating rhythm, communication plans, tracking status and own standard tools

  • Oversee and project manage programs/events in support of the team including design, logistics, agenda planning and standard operating rhythm

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience creating and developing HR strategy plans and/or executing strategies and managing projects

  • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior business/functional leaders

  • 5+ years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Human Resource Management, Organization Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field

  • Human Resources certification(s)

  • 5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

  • 5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce/talent strategies that meet organization strategies

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role

  • Experience analyzing data and metrics and presenting data-driven HR solutions to senior leaders

  • Experience with software tools such as Tableau, Excel (pivot tables)
