Production Intern

<h2><u>Job Description</u></h2><p><b>About the Position</b></p><p>We have an excellent opportunity available for a recently graduated or bachelor/master student interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz as <b>Production Intern</b>. This role will be based in Plasmon Factory in Latina (LT).  You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.</p><p><span>During the internship you will be enrolled in both strategic and tactical projects, besides being involved in daily operational activities</span><span>.</span></p><p><b><u>Purpose of the job</u></b></p><p>Support Production area working on daily performance, problems and issues on the production lines with the objective to identify preventive actions.</p><p>The <b>Production Intern</b> will be involved in:</p><p>- Support Production Team in daily activities;</p><p>- Carry out analysis on problems between wet filling and wet pack area;</p><p>- Active deep dive in data of past performance;</p><p>- Elaborate data analysis on OEE performance;</p><p>- Support in KH Management System analysis and implementation;</p><p>- Support the team with SOPs, data analysis and RCAs.</p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications<br/><u>Hard Skills</u></b></p><ul><li>EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included);</li><li>Education: graduated or graduating with full marks from University in Engineering Studies;</li><li>IT Knowledge: strong MS Office skills (great command of Excel), good knowledge of other analytic tools, basic knowledge of programming is a plus and always curious to learn more IT tools;</li><li>Language Knowledge: fluent in English and Italian.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Background </b></p><ul><li>Engineering or Natural Sciences;</li><li>Previous experiences with Lean concepts and manufacturing are valued.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Professional Attributes</u></b></p><ul><li><b>Ability to Simplify</b></li></ul><p><span>We like to keep it simple.
