Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a 2026 Systems Engineer Intern. In this role, you will work with the DMS team and a cross functional group on new and on-going DMS projects. Help create DMS presentations for Customer meetings. And lastly, assist the DMS team with analysis and data management on impacts to the C-130J Program. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of electronics/computer components, project management, and analytical problem-solving. Optional skills, with experience in Systems Engineering disciplines, Electrical Engineering or Components Engineering, or Engineering Experience in the Aerospace Industry would be helpful.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline from an accredited university

• Experience and or technical skills with systems engineering processes

• Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
