About the role
Local luxury automotive dealership is searching for an experienced and energetic BDC (Business Development Center) Manager to take our customer service and sales support to the next level. If you have a passion for luxury vehicles, exceptional customer service, and leading a team, we want you on board.
What You’ll Do:Manage and oversee the daily operations of the BDC department, ensuring all leads are handled efficientlyDevelop and implement strategies to drive traffic to the dealership and increase sales and service appointmentsTrain, motivate, and support BDC representatives to meet individual and team goalsMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust processes to enhance customer satisfaction and departmental efficiencyCollaborate closely with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and lead managementProvide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
Qualifications:Previous BDC Management experience required, preferably in the automotive industryProven ability to lead and manage a successful team in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills and proficiency with CRM systemsA customer-first mentality with a focus on building lasting relationshipsAnalytical skills to track and improve department performance metricsExcellent organizational and time-management skills
