Senior Operations Supervisor

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for streamlining production processes? We’re seeking an experienced Senior Operations Supervisor to lead our night shift production team in our Kansas City plant. In this critical role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless production, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.

 

From coordinating production schedules to optimizing resource allocation, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and meeting production targets. You’ll be leading various projects involving process optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and much more! Build your team to be the best as you build capabilities across your team. You will work closely with the Operations Managers, which is a role that could be a career advancement opportunity in the future.

• Production Line Support – You will lead all activities on your assigned shift working towards production goals, material changes, and schedules.
• Direction and Servant Leadership Result – You will lead and demonstrate your people skills as you provide direction and support to your team of operators.
• Safety First – You will provide an emphasis on food and people safety across the organization. 
• Continuous Improvement – You will continue to lead and create development opportunities for our people and our business.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

• Demonstrated knowledge of managing safety and quality programs and processes.
• High school diploma or GED with proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work evenings.
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution.
