Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician (1st Shift)
Location: West Bend, WI (100% onsite)
Schedule: Full-time, permanent W-2 — 1st shift; occasional overtime and on-call support
Pay: Up to $70,000 annually
Requirements: U.S. citizen or Green Card holder; residence within 45 minutes; no relocation; full benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the sole maintenance technician for all plant equipment and facilities
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (filters, lubrication, greasing) using calendar-based planning
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems (including welding as needed)
• Maintain and repair presses, lasers, motors, drives, and auxiliary machinery using mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills
• Conduct general facility upkeep—indoor/outdoor building maintenance and basic plumbing repairs
• Respond to off-hour service calls/texts as needed

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on industrial maintenance experience (hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems)
• Strong mechanical aptitude with proven skills in equipment repair and diagnostics
• Solid electrical knowledge (circuit building, machine controls)
• Proficiency in general plumbing tasks
• Welding ability (MIG/TIG or equivalent)
• Reliable work history and ability to work independently
• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder, with a West Bend-area commute within 45 minutes
