Your Role at KIK

Retail Service Merchandiser – Flexible, Independent, and Rewarding!

Are you looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity where you can manage your own schedule and make an impact in retail? As a Retail Sales Merchandiser, you’ll travel to stores in your assigned territory, ensuring our products are well-stocked, beautifully displayed, and ready to catch customers' attention.

From March to October, our busiest season, you’ll work about four 6-hour days per week, using your time in stores not only to maintain product displays but also to build strong relationships with store management, helping to drive even more sales. You may need to pull stock from the backroom, tidy displays, or make small adjustments to ensure our brand stands out.

This position offers great flexibility as long as the work gets done. To succeed, you’ll need reliable transportation, a clear MVR, and the ability to pass a drug test. We’ll also provide mileage reimbursement to support your travel. If you love working independently, enjoy building relationships, and want a role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit for you!  The territory for this position would be based out of Commerce, GA.  The pay rate for this position is 18/hr.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible to maintain POG integrity, maintain POP, dust and straighten sets, pack down counter and bring out back stock.

• Responsible for secure and build off counter displays.

• Responsible for developing store level contacts within their territory.

• Responsible for driving sales through store level management where applicable.

• Responsible to train / PK store personnel, SPAR, Acosta, MET and any other service companies chosen by the company where applicable.

• Responsible for competitive field intelligence from competition within their territory.

• Responsible for conducting regional price surveys when requested.

• Responsible to facilitate buybacks in their territory where applicable by account.

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• 1+ years of merchandising experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Strong people skills
• Demonstrated time management skills including ability to handle multiple and differing priorities
• Ability to drive, clean driving record
• Ability to lift 40lbs consistently
