Come build something great at Canto!</p></div><p><em><strong>Account Manager DACH</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Berlin, remote</strong></em></p> <p><em><strong>Are you a fluent German speaker based in Germany?  Canto is a global leader in digital asset management (DAM), trusted by 4,000+ customers worldwide. We are looking for a bilingual Account Manager to own our DACH portfolio of 250+ German-speaking clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.</strong></em></p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>You will own a portfolio of 250+ DACH customers, conducting business in German and English — driving renewals, expansion, and long-term platform adoption. You will act as a strategic partner, using data to identify growth opportunities, mitigate churn, and shape customer strategy throughout the annual lifecycle.</p> <p><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Own 250+ DACH accounts</strong> — proactively identifying expansion, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities through value-based conversations in German and English.</li> <li><strong>Execute renewal cycles</strong> ahead of subscription end dates, identifying churn risk early and influencing positive outcomes.</li> <li><strong>Build 12-month customer roadmaps</strong> progressing each account toward their platform goals, with regular health checks and quarterly di
