Our International Tax Team is supporting Akamai's global operations through tax compliance, reporting, and advisory. We influence tax matters in nearly 40 countries worldwide. We identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and collaborating with top-tier external tax service providers to drive continuous improvement.

Partner with the best

In this role, you'll navigate the complexities of international tax jurisdictions. You'll contribute to both local and global compliance efforts. It includes advising Akamai's leadership and managing diverse tax areas with ownership-like responsibility.

As a Senior Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing transfer pricing documentation in-house, including local files and benchmarking studies.
• Coordinating with external tax service providers, including managing request lists, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring quality compliance.
• Developing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and workpapers to support compliance and reporting.
• Analyzing accounts and perform reconciliations to ensure accurate transfer pricing reporting.
• Researching local tax regulations, when necessary, to ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
• Collaborating with finance teams, offering expertise on transfer pricing matters and ensuring alignment with financial operations.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have experience in transfer pricing, with a focus on compliance, comparative analyses of service transactions, and transfer pricing software.
• Have understanding of accounting principles and income taxation.
• Be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Have analytical mindset, with the ability to provide data-driven insights.
• Have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Be able to create clear, concise documentation and work papers.
• Have time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Have ethical mindset and personal integrity, aligned with Akamai's values.
