The Boeing Company is seeking a high performing Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Senior Manager to join the team in Portland, OR.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EHS Manager to join our Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) team. In this role, you will lead several teams that support Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Fabrication operations.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages and integrates employee and first-level manager activities across more than one environmental, occupational, health and safety discipline
Activities managed include the planning and implementation of environmental, occupational, health and safety programs/processes, chemical analysis, evaluation of chemical processing activities and/or related support functions
Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)
10+ years of experience demonstrating people management skills to include coaching, teaching, mentoring
10+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
10+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience in environmental, health, or safety related fields
10+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
Relocation:
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $141,100 - $190,900
