General Shop Helper

This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized environment in our Boston Shop and Warehouse, supporting daily operations and overall workplace safety.

What you will do:

Maintain cleanliness of main aisles in the shop and warehouse, ensuring a safe work environment without disrupting ongoing operations
Remove scrap wood and sawdust from around saws and dispose of materials properly
Empty trash receptacles throughout the shop as needed
Replace light bulbs as necessary and conduct routine checks to ensure proper lighting
Operate trash and cardboard compactors after completing required training
Assist with office moves and setup as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned

 QualificationsWhat we would love to see:

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Comfortable operating a shop vacuum and similar equipment
Ability to read and speak English
Valid driver’s license required
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 15–20 hours per week
