Jefferson Healthcare in Port Townsend, WA is looking for a motivated and caring Care Team Specialist I to join our healthcare team. As a Care Team Specialist I, you play an important role in our patient experience! You will provide excellent customer service by greeting and registering arriving patients, scheduling appointments, collecting insurance and co-pay information, and maintaining waiting areas. Our Registration Team is a collaborative group that is committed to patient-centered care, and we can't wait to welcome you to the team!

What you'll need:

• High School degree or equivalent required
• One year of related experience in a clinical or medical office or other related experience required
• Candidates with Customer Service experience are encouraged to apply!
• Experience or education providing basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred

Schedule: Per Diem, 0-16 hr/week; Variable Shift
