An Automotive Internal Advisor is needed now at Jim Hudson Buick GMC Cadillac. Business is booming, and we need to add an Internal Advisor to our team to meet customer demand in our service centers. Our ideal candidates will have automotive experience and a great attitude, people skills and work ethic.

Internal Advisor - Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate PDI’s with Accessory Adds, Addendum items and Transportation Claims
• Organize Used Vehicle Inspections RO’s, such as Addendum items, Coordinating repairs with Used Vehicle Manager and CPO Processes and designation
• Manage Ontrac Program by adding and removing inventory as well as tracking and following up on Agreements
• Lot Vendor Recon such as Issuing PO’s for all sublet work, coordinating tint, striping, detail and accessory items for completion and accuracy
• Manage Rewards Program by engaging customers in store for dollars available

Requirements

Internal Advisor - Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dealership experience preferred
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience
• Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel experience
• Professional personal appearance
• A 'People Person' with excellent communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass background check and drug screening prior to employment.
