As a Lead Solutions Engineer, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Property Software Engineering team reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, you will support projects including Hilton's next-generation Property Management System known as PEP (Property Engagement Platform) as an individual contributor.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• Work with the Solutioning Engineering team to help drive strategic technical roadmap focused on the Property platform and align work efforts in support of those goals.
• Provide technical leadership by performing feasibility analysis and identifying efficient solutions as part of the solutioning process.
• Document technology artifacts related to solution implementation including high-level and detailed design; as well as documenting sequence diagrams, flow diagrams, integrations, and identify dependencies.
• Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and find opportunities to incorporate new capabilities and techniques across our solutioning process.
• Evaluate and propose new framework, design patterns or enhancements to improve performance and customer experience.

How you will collaborate with others:

• Be an engaged member of a Software Engineering team that works closely with our cross-functional team members and identify areas of opportunities to help solution to provide the best optimal solution.
• Work with our Hilton technology stack partners to ensure there is proper integration is being met.
