position details/responsibilities …

• Must be fully capable of following the opening and closing procedures of the daily café operation.
• Responsible for the proper sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation area, including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, preparation slicers, tables, and floors.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all pots and pans for use in the Café.
• Maintain a clean and organized worked environment.
• Ensure the proper sanitation, organization, and efficiency of service area.

here’s what we’re looking for …

• 1- 2 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality and service industry.
• Knowledge of health department standards for food service employees.
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems while ensuring a “customer first” mentality.
• Hard working team member who can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
