Project Manager (m/f/d) multi-stage series production

Your tasks

• Project Management: lead complex projects in the area of multi-stage series production and cooperate on an international level, taking over running projects and new projects, implementing change management and planning next steps
• Process Optimization: identify and implement optimization potential in existing processes to increase efficiency and quality, handover to production
• Interface Management: representing the project to internal and external stakeholders, regular communication with the customer
• Timeliness & Risk Management: ensure adherence to project plans, budget, and quality standards as well as proactive identification and assessment of risks and development of corresponding measures
• Documentation: create and maintenance of project documentation

 

Your Profile

• University degree in engineering or economics with a focus on project management
• several years of experience in project management, ideally in the automotive industry 
• very good knowledge of project management tools and processes as well as processes in series production
• very good English skills (min. B2+)
• German & Czech language skills are a great advantage
• excellent communication and presentation skills, high initiative, teamwork, analytical thinking and structured way of working
