Responsibilities

• Drive Restaurant Revenue: Develop and execute creative strategies to maximize sales across all 4 outlets and special event spaces.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with local businesses, corporate clients, and event planners to generate new leads and repeat business.
• Tailor Experiences: Work closely with clients to customize dining and event packages that exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with Teams: Partner with our culinary, banquet, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.
• Analyze & Optimize: Track sales metrics and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
