Lead, Express Lane Fulfill Operation, GC

Overview of the Job:

This role will support responsive leaders to run C4C responsiveness programs through working with responsiveness partners across Global and GC to align mid/long term strategy, governance program communication, synchronize strategic priorities, so that all C4C resp. partners could work as One team on same pace to maximize responsive biz growth and operation efficiency.

GC Express Lane Fulfill Senior Director

Key Partnership:

This role needs to work closely with large group of global and GC stakeholders. Strategic thinking and influence skills are key to be successful.

• Global AP/AC and FW teams (Sourcing, PMO, DEC, D&CM), GSP, Material team (Planning, Manufacturing, sourcing options etc.), NA/EMEA EL Fulfill teams
• GC SIP, Central Planning, Consumer Planning, MPU Planning, Logistics, MSC etc.

Job Responsibility:

• Support leadership teams to form C4C responsiveness strategy and drive alignment across key partner functions in Global/GC. Embed C4C Resp. visions and strategic goals into FW, AP/AC, Materials and DSM function strategies; Convert C4C Resp. vision and strategy into executable year on year phasing plan.
• Governance program communication and collaboration for multi-tiers stakeholders across senior leaderships and working teams via reports, meetings, workshops etc. Provide good transparency to different tiers of stakeholders with right level of info and right cadence. Drive discussion and alignment on open solutions and gaps at strategy and guideline level.
• Sharpen C4C Resp. strategic priorities and capabilities. Work closely with PMs, SMEs of each function to prioritize / deploy key initiatives that’s critical be successful for the year, and be scalable for future.
• Help function leader to manage C4C Resp. program budget and resources, support leaderships strategic decisions.

Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):

• Knowledge in manufacturing, planning, marketplace supply chain, logistics, retail, product, tech. The more the better
• Good story telling and strong influence skills, be able to manage meaningful conversation with senior leaderships and diversified working teams.
• Strong learning capabilities, be able to process mass info and knowledge in limited time and produce meaningful output.
