(Senior) Business Operations Specialist - Merchant Services

These services include comprehensive ATM, POS and card outsourcing services, card issuing and merchant acquiring services, software solutions, consumer money transfer and bill payment services.</p><p></p><p>We are currently looking for a results-driven <strong>Senior</strong> <strong>Business Operation Specialist</strong> in Budapest. This role is an opportunity to join our international Operations team, managing our Merchant Services business in Europe and US, in a dynamic and rapidly expanding company. The role holder will be based in Hungary reporting to the Acquiring Back Office manager and will be joining efforts with widely spread Euronet teams globally.</p><p></p><p>Tasks and responsibilities:</p><p></p><ul><li>Supervise the daily activities of the unit, including</li></ul><p>-Merchant onboarding and related activities</p><p>-Merchant management</p><p>-Incident and request management processes</p><ul> <li>Coach the team members in terms of processes and operation investigations</li> <li>Manage regulatory and internal reporting </li> <li>Providing 2nd level support to local operations in different European countries and business teams, as needed</li> <li>Update and maintain the operational documents</li> <li>Represent operation in the User and Production Acceptance Tests (UAT and PAT)</li> <li>Develop and maintain the operational processes</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>College degree and 1-3 years of experience in working in a card or banking environment,</li> <li>Great problem-solving skills, logical thinking, ability to work under strict deadlines,</li> <li>Strong interest in working in the card processing industry and developing in this area,</li> <li>Highly organized with taking the initiative to continuously improve our processes,</li> <li>Fluency in English (German, French or Italian is advantage)</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Competitive salary and benefits in a financially robust company </li> <li>A genuine feeling being a valued member, part of a truly multinational matrix organization  </li> <li>Endless opportunities to develop more skills in a company growing year over year  </li> <li>Become part of a team with a true team spirit, ambitious goals and fun to work with</li> </ul>
