STADA Arzneimittel GmbH<br>What you can expect<br><br>- In your role as Executive Search Lead, you act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, CFO, CHRO and global functional leaders on talent availability, market trends and competitive insights.<br>- You lead global end-to-end Executive Search processes, including market mapping, longlist and shortlist creation, as well as direct outreach to senior leaders.<br>- You build and continuously develop global leadership talent pipelines for succession planning.<br>- You drive process excellence and ensure consistent global standards in Executive Search.<br>- You manage and evaluate external Executive Search partners, ensuring clear alignment with STADA's expectations and performance standards.<br>- You provide a premium, confidential candidate experience and represent STADA's leadership culture and EVP in all senior-level interactions.<br><br>Who we are looking for<br><br>- In your role, you bring 10-15 years of experience in Executive Search (in-house or with a top-tier search firm).<br>- You have a strong track record in hiring Executive roles and an extensive global network in Pharma, Consumer Health, FMCG or PE-backed environments.<br>- You are able to effectively influence and partner with senior stakeholders up to C-suite level.<br>- You have deep expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping and global talent intelligence.<br>- You work with a high level of discretion, speed and a strong ownership mindset.<br>- You have excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage.<br>- You are used to working in fast-paced, international environments.<br>
