In this role, you will guide agile delivery teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions that drive our mission to redefine the way organizations are governed.</p> <p>You will bring a strong technical background, hands-on development experience, and a proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams. You’ll foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement — including leveraging <strong>AI and automation tools</strong> to enhance productivity and product capabilities.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys <strong>coaching engineers</strong>, <strong>driving technical strategy</strong>, and <strong>exploring modern technologies</strong> to solve complex challenges.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Leadership &amp; Team Development</strong></li> <ul> <li>Lead multiple agile software engineering teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth.</li> <li>Mentor and coach engineers at all levels, providing guidance on technical skills, career development, and performance.</li> <li>Drive a coaching culture focused on continuous learning, feedback, and innovation.</li> <li>Attract, hire, and onboard new talent; create an inclusive, high-performing team environment.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Technical Strategy &amp; Delivery</strong></li> <ul> <li>Define and prioritize the technical roadmap in collaboration with Product Management and other stakeholders.</li> <li>Oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable, maintainable, and well-tested SaaS features and services.</li> <li>Evaluate and approve architecture and design proposals, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.</li> <li>Support quality assurance efforts through automated testing and DevOps practices.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Innovation &amp; AI Integration</strong></li> <ul> <li>Champion the responsible use of <strong>AI and automation</strong> to improve development efficiency and product functionality.</li> <li>Collaborate with AI and data specialists to integrate models and APIs into production systems.</li> <li>Promote the use of <strong>AI-assisted development tools</strong> (e.g., GitHub Copilot, automated code review, anomaly detection).</li> <li>Stay informed on emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI trends to drive innovation and operational excellence.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Stakeholder Management &amp; Culture</strong></li> <ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.</li> <li>Represent the engineering organization in company-wide initiatives and ensure effective communication across teams.</li> <li>Promote a culture of experimentation, transparency, and “fail-fast” learning.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Required Experience &amp; Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>10–15 years</strong> of overall experience in software engineering, with <strong>6+ years in leadership roles</strong> managing end-to-end delivery teams.</li> <li>Proven experience building scalable enterprise or SaaS applications using modern technologies (e.g.,<strong> .NET, Python, Node.js, React</strong>).</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>cloud platforms</strong> (AWS, Azure, or GCP), <str
