You will own the full cycle of the QA process at Quorso.</p><p></p><h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Own all testing activities across the Quorso platform.</p></li><li><p>Manage the scope of each testing round together with the engineering team.</p></li><li><p>Perform testing of recurrent release candidates and hot fixes.</p></li><li><p>Define and maintain the regression testing scope.</p></li><li><p>Maintain testing configurations and ensure they stay aligned with the current platform state.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and manage test setups.</p></li><li><p>Become a subject matter expert for the platform.</p></li><li><p>Triage and manage issues reported from production.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with engineering, product management, and design teams.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><strong>Essential knowledge, skills &amp; experience:</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Product-minded; eager to deeply understand platform logic and user workflows.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail; able to spot subtle inconsistencies, especially in user experience.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of security implications in functionality (file uploads, XSS, SQL injection) to plan and stress-test accordingly.</p></li><li><p>Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing.</p></li><li><p>Experience in API testing.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in leading or actively contributing to QA processes, including:</p><ul><li><p>Participating in defining acceptance criteria</p></li><li><p>Managing release and hot-fix testing</p></li><li><p>Managing regression testing scope</p></li><li><p>Maintaining testing configurations for each round</p></li><li><p>Documenting and collecting evidence from each testing round</p></li></ul></li></ul><p></p><h2><strong>Nice-to-have </strong></h2><ul><li><p>Accessibility testing experience.</p></li><li><p>Experience with test management tools (BrowserStack, Xray, TestRail, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Experience working with Rails / React stack (web, background jobs, SPA/PWA).</p></li><li><p>Understanding of how RDBMS operate and core principles.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud services.</p></li><li><p>Experience with GitHub Actions or CircleCI.</p></li><li><p>Experience with exception tracking tools.</p></li><li><p>Experience with monitoring services, including RUM.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><strong>Interview Steps</strong></h2><ol><li><p>GT interview with Recruiter</p></li><li><p>Technical interview</p></li><li><p>Final interview</p></li><li><p>Reference check</p></li></ol><h2></h2><h2><strong>Quorso's Benefits:</strong></h2><ul><li><p>24 days of vacation + 3 extra days off during the December Christmas closure;</p></li><li><p>Sick leaves - up to 10 business days per year (may be extended depending on the circumstances);</p></li><li><p>Public holidays according to your local legislation;</p></li><li><p>Compensation of medical and dental insurance after a successful evaluation period;</p></li><li><p>Compensation of Optional Gym Membership after a successful evaluation period;</p></li><li><p>Family-friendly policies (parental leaves, etc.);</p></li><li><p>Internal and external training;</p></li><li><p>Top-of-the-range IT kit.</p></li></ul>
