Position Overview

The Regional Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and leading the Global Talent Acquisition Strategy within their assigned region. Together with counterparts in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Denmark, they will develop and implement the overall strategy while providing strong key pieces for their specific region that can be applied at a global level. Reporting to the Global VP of Human Resources for Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition, you will join a growing team responsible for delivering key initiatives to enhance the overall key stakeholder experience through the full life-cycle of recruitment.

Job Description

Principal Accountabilities

  • Responsible for leading and developing the Regional Talent Strategy in partnership with peers and in alignment with the Global Talent Strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Global HR Business Partners, Global HR Site Heads, Global Rewards and Mobility CoE Team, FUJIFILM Europe / HLUS and Senior Business Stakeholders to understand our company´s needs and execute against talent strategies to deliver value.
  • Enhance the reputation of FDB as an employer of choice to support the business to attract, recruit, develop and retain a competent workforce in alignment with the Company’s Values and Fundamentals.
  • Co-create and implement a global EVP.
  • Develop training and maintain an interview guide and talent selection process that aligns with the Global FDB Fundamentals.
  • Lead the recruitment service delivery with business leaders and other key stakeholders to fully understand recruitment needs within your region.
  • Responsible for leading the process and administration of the applicant tracking system(s).
  • Ensure compliance and record keeping of the applicant pre-employment process (i.e. applications, interview guides/notes, employment offers, confidentiality agreements, background checks etc.)
  • Create monthly executive KPI dashboards.
  • Lead site recruiters and/or RPO model within applicable sites.
  • Responsible for co-managing recruitment budgets globally
  • Identify and track ROI for attraction strategies.
  • Development and implementation of our recruitment brand with support from 3rd parties as required.
  • Find, create, and implement innovations and simplifications with the focus of raising the bar from a candidate experience, employee, Talent Acquisition, and business experience perspective.
  • In partnership with Global Talent Partners, create annual talent attraction wheel to define which global external events FDB should attend to promote FDB employment brand awareness (i.e. job fairs, university outreach, conferences, and seminars, etc.)
  • Co-lead global, regional, and local Talent Acquisition projects within your respective region.
  • Firmly establish diversity and inclusion as a baseline expectation across our hiring process.
  • Use a data-driven approach to recruiting and hiring, understanding the business needs and the recruiting capacity.
  • Assist with other Global/Regional projects and duties commensurate with the role.

Minimum Background and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition discipline, including 5-7 years of Global/Regional Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience in a Senior Leadership role
  • 8+ years leading recruiting teams in a global/regional environment.
  • Experience working in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology industries preferred.
  • Experience working in a CDMO, preferred.
  • Transformational leadership in designing, developing and implementing robust TA structures in conjunction with global/regional organizational strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and executing a talent acquisition growth strategy from Greenfield to a fully Operational large-scale manufacturing facility.

  • Experience partnering with Global Mobility in transferring talent via expatria
