We are seeking a reliable and friendly Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and providing assistance to customers with their inquiries. You will also help maintain the store’s appearance and ensure smooth and efficient service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with attention to detail

• Provide information about products and services to customers

• Resolve customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner

• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

• Assist with restocking products and organizing merchandise as needed

• Follow all store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cashiering or customer service preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Basic math skills and proficiency in using a cash register or point-of-sale system

• Friendly and professional demeanor
