Performance related bonuses, generous pension contributions and investment in your further education demonstrate the value we place in developing and rewarding our staff.</p><p>We are over 800 people, managing €16bn+ of our client assets, with offices in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Belfast and London.</p><p>A position has arisen for an ESOP Senior Associate in our Dublin office.</p><p><br/></p><p>Core Responsibilities:</p><ul> <li>To comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role.</li> <li>Dealer - Executing trades received from various channels (Phone/Post/Email) and ensuring adherence to Best Execution</li> <li>Managing all MIS relating to client relationships. </li> <li>Relationship Management - Manage existing corporate client relationships </li> <li>Support &amp; contribute to business development strategies to increase commercial revenue </li> <li>Meeting clients as required, both internally and externally </li> <li>Ensuring clients are consistently provided with excellent dealing and customer services. </li> <li>Liaising with Corporate clients and their employees, dealing promptly and efficiently with queries. </li> <li>Assist in the organisation and running of client events. </li> <li>Being proactive in identifying existing and new execution only clients interested in and/or suitable for referral to other teams within the Davy Group </li> <li>Assist clients with Corporate Actions, Stock Set Ups and other queries.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>QFA </li> <li>Degree level in a Business related discipline. </li> <li>A strong client focus to ensure effective service delivery. </li> <li>Demonstrable relationship management experience. </li> <li>Proven team-working skills. </li> <li>Very strong communication and presentation skills; verbal and written. </li> <li>Excellent administration and IT skills, including a sound understanding of MS Office. </li> <li>An ability to prioritise high value-added tasks.</li> <li>A strong commitment to personal development.</li> </ul><p>Davy is an equal opportunities employer and we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
