About the role
We are looking for an outstanding Principal - Capital Planning and Forecasting, who is passionate about Customer Experience, thinks globally, and has the ability to drive fast paced, data driven decisions and execution through the MSP CX organization. You will experience a wide range of problem-solving situations, strategic to real-time, requiring a combination of Business, Finance, and Technical Acumen. You will own the roadmap of the Capacity Planning Program across the MSP CX Organization in collaboration with the three pillars of MSP CX, which are Quality Assurance, Deployment & Ramp, and Support. Through the roadmap, and fast execution of Capital Appropriation Requests (CARs) you will empower the leaders to deliver on the Plan of Record (POR) and allow the organization to proactively scale and meet customer demand in the coming years.
You collaborate and influence business owners and executives, support thoughtful and data-driven decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly-evolving environment. You bring excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be an integral part of the business team and will partner closely with a broad range of stakeholders such as Worldwide Design Engineering, the Global Planning teams (NA and EU), Global Engineering Services and Support PMO, Operations Engineering, MSP Product Leaders, Supply chain, ACES, Site teams, and MSP Finance. You demonstrate strengths in proactive problem solving, analytics, issue-resolution. You have the ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment with attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. You identify, resolve or provide guidance to resolve complex data integrity issues and have a track record of building repeatable, simple, streamlined mechanisms.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Develop the Capacity Planning Program roadmap across the MSP CX Organization that can proactively scale to customer demand in the coming years
• Build strategic plans to fulfill customer demand at the cheapest and most cost-efficient way
• Work with operational stakeholders to drive execution to the plans
• Highlight misses, direct appropriate closure actions within MSP CX
• Drive forecasting accuracy working with local in country planning and operational teams
• Provide actionable insights performance and improvements avenues
• Lead the end to end planning for all deployment and ramp activities
• Work with business teams to define requirements and high-level process/system solutions
• Drive accountability within MSP CX through implementation of consistent mechanisms
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills
• Create inclusive spaces for collaboration that foster trust and honor diverse perspectives and experiences
• Oversee Planning function and influence the design and requirements of Capacity Planning solutions while overseeing continuous innovation and communication to both your operations & other business partners
• The role includes 60% of stakeholder/project management and 40% analytical activities

- Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- 6+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience with tools/systems to analyze data including Excel, Access, SQL or other data management systems
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
