<p><strong>The Role</strong><strong><br/></strong><br/>As part of our newly formed Fulfilment Strategy &amp; Engineering team, we are looking for an experienced <strong>Senior Manager Fulfilment Strategy</strong>, reporting to the Head of Strategy &amp; Insights.<br/><br/>In this role, you will be a key member of International Downstream, contributing to shaping long-term strategic direction for our international fulfillment network. You will provide guidance and define key parameters for strategic topics, such as optimal design for distribution centers (DCs).</p> <p>Based in Berlin, Amsterdam, Paris, or Derby, you will be expected to drive strategic topics that impact operational efficiency and scalability across multiple regions. You will partner with cross-functional teams globally, including Tech, Data, and Operations, to align and implement strategic priorities that foster operational excellence.</p> <p>If you are a critical thinker with a passion for driving operational strategy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to driving the strategic direction for international fulfillment, ensuring alignment with North America and a clear understanding of constraints and opportunities.</li> <li>Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decisions in fulfillment operations.</li> <li>Work with various senior stakeholders to align and optimize operational processes with a focus on scalability, simplicity, and long-term effectiveness.</li> <li>Assess the impact of operational growth on fulfillment metrics and develop mitigation strategies to address evolving challenges.</li> <li>Support the department and Downstream Ops’ COO in cross-functional initiatives, such as All Hands Meetings.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of relevant experience in strategic roles, ideally in fulfillment operations, automation, or similar disciplines. </li> <li>Strong understanding of international fulfillment networks and the fulfilment process.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions and strategies for complex operational challenges.</li> <li>Ability to work cross-functionally, influence senior stakeholders, and drive strategic alignment across multiple regions.</li> <li>Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex strategies and data-driven insights to diverse audiences.</li> <li>Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and taking a hands-on approach to driving strategic initiatives.</li> <li>Experience in managing high-level operational projects, with a focus on scalability and efficiency across multiple regions.</li> <li>Readiness for 20% business travel</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><strong>What we offer</strong></h2> <p>Elevate your lifestyle!
