We believe in fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where you can grow your career, expand your expertise, and make a real impact.</p> <p>In your role as a Transaction Advisory Manager, you will lead transaction advisory engagements across buy-side and sell-side due diligence, supporting private equity firms, corporate clients, and entrepreneurs. You will help deliver high-quality financial due diligence that focuses on key value drivers, risks, and transaction considerations.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements</li> <li>Oversee Quality of Earnings, working capital, and cash flow analyses</li> <li>Manage multiple concurrent engagements and project teams</li> <li>Serve as primary point of contact for clients and manage relationships</li> <li>Review databooks, analyses, and deliverables prepared by team members</li> <li>Identify key risks, trends, and value creation opportunities</li> <li>Communicate findings clearly to clients and stakeholders</li> <li>Develop engagement budgets, monitor billing, and manage realization</li> <li>Coach, mentor, and develop Associates and Senior Associates</li> <li>Support business development efforts and proposal development</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required</li> <li>7+ years of experience in audit or transaction advisory services</li> <li>3+ years of direct experience in financial due diligence</li> <li>CPA designation required</li> <li>Strong knowledge of US GAAP</li> <li>Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and with AI and data automation tools a plus</li> <li>Strong project management and leadership skills</li> <li>Excellent communication and client relationship abilities</li> <li>Experience working with private equity clients preferred</li> <li>Ability to work in fast-paced transaction environments</li> </ul> <p>
