About River Landing Ambulatory Surgery Center

• The River Landing Surgery Center at the Ambulatory Care Center will open summer 2024. As an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), it will focus on providing same-day surgical care to patients with added convenience. ASCs have a strong track record of quality care and positive patient outcomes.

About The Career:

• The Nurse Supervisor functions as a leader in the health care team and is responsible for coordination of the health care team in Surgical Services. Assumes responsibility for the coordination of both clinical and managerial duties by maintaining a suitable environment for nursing practice and patient care; assisting staff with ethical, legal and patient/family advocacy issues; demonstrating knowledge and clinical expertise and aiding staff to develop the same. Holds nursing staff accountable for performing and delivering patient care that is consistent with the organization's Mission, Vision, and Values as well as the organization's strategic plan.

All About You:

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program with a registered nurse degree and a current Colorado license. BSN preferred.
• Training & Experience: BLS required upon hire; ACLS, TNCC, ENPC/PALS within 6 months of hire and current thereafter
