The Chief Commercial Officer, Imaging, USCAN is responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy and driving profitable growth for the USCAN Imaging business. This role will partner with Modality GMs, Marketing, Service and Sales teams globally and in the Regions and Markets to optimize go-to-market strategy, channel execution, and growth plays.This role will build and ensure standard work across the regions and markets. Further, this role will champion and lead cultural transformation to attract, grow, and retain industry best talent.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Drive equipment and services orders, revenue and profitable growth for the Imaging business across USCAN. Support the Imaging General Managers, Modality General Managers and Imaging Account Managers/Region Modality Leaders channels within USCAN to ensure connection, coaching and consistency across the markets, regions and modality sales efforts. This includes mentoring, teaching and supporting all Imaging General Managers, Modality General Managers, and front-line sales roles in the USCAN Imaging segment. Lead Variable Compensation plan development, tracking and execution for USCAN Imaging commercial roles. Lead KOL relationships across USCAN and act as Executive Sponsor on key account governance teams. Support the GEHC Installed-base (IB) retention and growth initiatives by working cross functionally to project manage the GEHC IB retention initiatives in an effort to improve IB win rate. Continue to drive problem solving projects while also using the LEAN tool set to look for continuously improvement opportunities. Drive a specific and purposeful plan to ensure that the Imaging organization has a positive work culture.
Qualifications/Requirements
BA/BS Degree OR 12+ years of successful sales/marketing/ services leadership experience 10+ years of successful sales/marketing/ services leadership experience 5+ years of successful senior level sales management and general management experience Minimum of 6 years in healthcare industry Willingness and ability to travel >50% Strongly compliance driven GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $188,000.00-$282,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
