Job Description

The Knowledge Management Team Lead II, independently guides, drives, and influences the successful adoption of Knowledge Management (KM) Standards and enterprise KM Tool. This role guides the strategic knowledge management vision maximizing the value of knowledge by employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead team discussions to ensure successful implementation of KM projects and initiatives.
• Effectively communicate and consult others to influence organizational change, behavior, and results.
• Evaluate and provide tactical & strategic feedback on new and existing initiatives, including the enterprise KM Tool that impact agent, employee, and customer experience.
• Guide, drive and execute one or more Knowledge Management strategic initiatives of high complexity, including achievement of key performance indicators.
• Lead Allstate business area discussions to understand needs & habits while supporting the strategic tone for knowledge management.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative data to provide unsolicited, meaningful ideas and solutions that positively influence agent, employee, and customer experience.

Work Location

• This position is a remote home-based role.
• Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States.

Preferred Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 years of experience or skill attainment with knowledge management systems, 2 years people leadership.

Functional Skills

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with knowledge management systems, data analysis tools, and content management platforms.
• Leadership: Proven ability to foster collaboration, and drive organizational change
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically to address knowledge gaps and inefficiencies.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $69,200.00 - 123,800.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
