POSITION SUMMARY:
The International Tax & Transfer Pricing Manager will be an integral part of the global tax team headquartered in Denver, Colorado and will report to the VP of Global Tax. This role will work in collaboration with the AE Finance and Legal organizations, as well with operational business units. In this role, you will be heavily involved in tax planning initiatives, along with the management of global compliance/documentation, and transfer pricing policies and processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage multinational teams and external service providers on global transfer pricing compliance and documentation requirements, including data and functional analyses;
- Develop thorough knowledge of AE value chain drivers and advise on transfer pricing optimization structures and opportunities given business and other external environment developments;
- Prepare and review legal entity profitability analyses to ensure transfer pricing policies and objectives are met for intercompany transactions;
- Prepare and review transfer pricing aspects of quarterly and annual income tax provision;
- Assist with various international tax planning projects, including modeling impacts of transfer pricing initiatives on global tax profile, IP utilization, cash management, legal structure reorganizations, and non-US country tax planning;
- Support planning and execution of post-acquisition integration projects related to transfer pricing;
- Collaborate with team members on enhancing transfer pricing processes and procedures and SOX controls;
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the business in managing global transfer pricing matters;
- Support U.S. and international transfer pricing controversy issues

EXPERIENCE:
Essential:
- 5+ years of public accounting and/or multinational corporate experience specializing in transfer pricing
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting principles for international tax matters
Desirable:
- Experience with SAP a plus
