Pastoral Assistant Administration - Hourly

Position Summary

The Pastoral Assistant for Administration oversees administrative and ministerial functions of the parish including multicultural parishioner relations, stewardship, data management and facilities.  Coordinates volunteers, parish events and communications.

Experience: 

• Administrative experience in an office environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products preferred.
• Experience working for a non-profit organization is a plus. 
• Experience with budgets and financial operations is a plus.

• Bilingual competency a plus. 

Salary Range:

$26 - $31 per hour ($54,080 - $64,480) depending on experience

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
